Wood Lodge

Glebe School are fortunate to have access to the Wood Lodge Life Skills Centre in Bromley (near Chislehurst), where small groups of students have the opportunity to take part in both day and overnight trips, to practice and improve independence and social/personal life skills.

Under the close supervision of staff, they are directly involved in the day to day running of the centre: cooking, cleaning, caring for themselves and others, as well as having the opportunity to travel independently and enjoy leisure time and enrichment activities together. Trips are designed with each group in mind to suit their needs and preferences.

Letters with more detail are sent out beforehand, specific to your child's trip. We strongly recommend all students take part in the Wood Lodge experience as it is an invaluable part of a Glebe students’ education.
